R. J. Preston letter to William E. Peters [manuscript], 1901 Apr 4.

Preston writes Peters to thank him for his advice and good wishes. He states that "the majority or nearly all of this board will support me in everything they have written me they would. There will be some changes here I think." Preston mentions "a sister of Mrs. J[?] Goode" who has applied for the position of Matron and says "I think she will get it as Mss Nannie[?] Akers has not been doing much of late. He also mentions Dr. Priddy and Dr. Stoltz.
